The majority of clients will qualify for legal aid and we are happy to discuss fees with any who don’t. We operate a 24 hour emergency call out, 365 days of the year for anybody who has been arrested and in police custody.
Personal Injury claims
If you have suffered injuries or loss as a result of something that was not your fault then we should be able to help you recover compensation from the other party. These claims can range from road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping accidents to medical negligence claims. The initial consultation is free and if you win your claim the other side will be responsible for your costs. Legal aid is available for these types of cases for those who qualify.
Children and Family Law
We have a team of experienced lawyers who are able to help you at each stage of this difficult time. We can help you with contact issues, divorce and separation and financial matters. We appear at all courts across Northern Ireland and legal aid can be available to those who qualify. We are members of the Children’s Order and NIGALA Panels.
We also provide advice and assistance in emergency situations where clients require immediate protection of the court from Non-Molestation Orders.
Prison Law
We can assist you at various stages throughout your time in custody to protect prisoners rights from advice and representation in relation to a recall on Licence, Parole hearings and challenging decisions taken on behalf of the Prison Service that may be unlawful. We are keen to protect your rights! We will see you for a visit for an initial consultation and legal aid is available.
Conveyancing / Property Law
