Seamus Quigley LL.B

Seamus studied Law at the University of Southampton between 1979 and 1983 and qualified as a Solicitor in 1985 initially working for the firm of Brendan Kearney & Co. He established his own business in the name of Doherty & Quigley with the late Thomas Doherty in 1994. He has 40 years experience in all areas of law and more recently specialises in litigation and crime.

Aine Grant LL.B

Aine studied at Queen's University Belfast, obtaining her law degree in 1999 before graduating from the Institute of Professional Legal studies, qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. Her focus and speciality is on helping families and children in all aspects of children law, matrimonial, family problems and breakdowns. Aine is a member of the Children Order panel, the Northern Ireland Children Guardian panel and a member of the Central Authority of Northern Ireland on The Hague Convention panel of solicitors. In addition Aine is a qualified mediator and an Advanced Advocate.

Keith Kyle LL.B

Keith studied at Queen's University and The College of Law before qualifying as a solicitor in England and practising in London. He then moved home in 2005 and has been in the firm since then. He is also qualified to practice in the Republic of Ireland. His practice involves mainly criminal law and personal injury litigation. But he has a varied caseload and experienced in most of the areas that the firm works in.

Don Mahoney BA MA

Don graduated from Nottingham Law School in 1995. He practiced in London in two Chambers listed practices and he came to Northern Ireland in 2007. He specialises in crime, prison law, judicial reviews and civil litigation and an Advanced Advocate..

Eugene Burns LL.B

Eugene graduated From Queens University Belfast in 1991. He worked in the Voluntary Sector for a period with the Law Centre NI, Citizens Advice Centre and Advice NI. He also lectured at University of Ulster in Housing Law and worked as a paralegal. He has been practising as a Solicitor since 2010. Eugene practices in the fields of Criminal Law, Litigation including Medical Negligence, Public Law including Judicial review of Government Bodies and Domestic Violence and Civil Injunctions. He has represented families in The Bloody Sunday Inquiry, the Holy Cross case and has had numerous cases reported in Legal Publications.

Carla Rogers LL.B (Hons)

Carla graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2004. She qualified as a New York State Attorney at Law in 2006. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in NI in 2011. She initially worked in public law for the charity Law Centre (NI) then joined private practice with expertise in the following All aspects of residential conveyancing (Sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity) Agricultural conveyancing Commercial conveyancing County and High Court Litigation Drafting wills and powers of attorneys Controllership applications Police station representation Probate Liquor Licensing Negotiating Commercial Leases Advising on Business Tenancies Order Private Client work Road Traffic Accidents and personal injury

Emma Keenan LL.B.

Emma studied at Queen’s University Belfast and obtained her Honours Degree in Law and thereafter as a Postgraduate at The Institute of Professional Legal Studies at Queen’s where she qualified as a Solicitor in 2005. Emma is accredited as a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland’s Children Order panel and is also a panel Solicitor with the Children’s Court Guardian Agency and represents children in proceedings before all Court Tiers. Emma specialises in Children Order proceedings to include both public law proceedings and private law such as Residence and Contact matters, together with matrimonial cases to include Divorce, separation and matrimonial agreements.

Nadine McNicholl LL.B.

Nadine studied Law at the University of Ulster Magee. She undertook her professional training at the Graduate School of Professional Legal Studies Derry and won the prestigious Arthur Cox prize for being placed first overall in the Postgraduate Diploma in professional legal practice. Nadine qualified as a solicitor is 2013. Since qualifying, Nadine has become a member the Children Order Panel of Solicitors for Northern Ireland. She has experience on all issues that may arise upon the breakdown of a relationship and family law, with expertise covering Divorce and Ancillary Relief Proceedings, Private and Public law proceedings involving Children Order matters.

Hollie Lynch LL.B.

Hollie studied Law at University of Ulster before qualifying as a Solicitor from Queens University Belfast. She practices Criminal Law, mainly representing Clients in Courts and Police Stations and has worked on numerous High-Profile Criminal Court Cases across Northern Ireland
